It was not bad for the budget hotel rates

The hotel has changed management, taking over from an old budget hotel. Due to the COVID-19 recession, maintenance has become difficult, making the hotel appear less clean. However, the staff and service provided are excellent.

First time in Bali and this was my first hotel in this trip. Honestly I'm quite disappointed by its cleanliness and conditions. Toilet tower rack is dropping. Air-con had water dripping. Lots of hair on different parts of the room.Dirt and stains are everywhere. But the technician was efficient in fixing these. The reception staff were helpful. The location is good. But i wish that the hotel management will put effort in hiring sufficient staff with proper training to clean up the room. This could definitely help you to raise your room rate.

The friendliness and the service received from all staff was the highlight. It is conveniently located and easy to walk to places from here. There was a ‘pool bar’ which wasn’t open however. But overall was lovely and clean and a great stay.

You get what you pay for, there is a reason it’s cheap, stayed 4 nights, never had a hot shower, asked about the problem but was told water is on a heat schedule, the breakfast was poor for a westerner, we ended up going out for breakfast, bathrooms needed a lot of work looks very run down, only good things were the AC was nice and cold and bed comfy

Our covered in mold. My friends and I all got bad coughs after staying here. The mold was even on the pillows and when they cleaned our room they wouldn’t give us new towels despite us staying there for multiple days.

Hotel location is great, staff were amazing. The hotel is currently under going renovations but this didnt impact on our stay. Nice clean room, facilities were great. Only thing its missing is a fridge in the room. Breakfast is buffet and has a great range. The towels and sheets are slightly grey in colour but still fresh and clean. Would certainly stay again.
