They cancelled our booking and told us it was Expedia fault. Stood agree and argued for 5hrs on arrival before finally getting what we had booked. Very Limited menu service very slow. At the end of our stay, tried to make us pay for other people’s drinks etc, stood again for about an hour to get it sorted. Very disappointing, we had stayed in the past here but would NOT stay again.

Loved our stay here. It was quiet and relaxing. Definitely recommend to get poolside room on ground floor if you like easy access to the pool. Staff are polite but sometimes struggle with English. Room was specious and they provided two free water bottles daily. Room was cleaned daily so that was also very much appreciated. I will definitely recommend and will be coming back.

The staff were amazing. Helping us choose tours and places to go and things to see. Very quiet friendly hotel. Breakfast is essential. The eggs and pancakes were the best we had in bali. Have already booked our return trip next year. Highly recommend for the price concious.

Great location super close to the beach and shopping area. The staff are are so friendly and helpful, they are always so happy. The only very small let down is the very limited menu but there are heaps of places to eat around so it’s not a really big issue. I would definitely stay here again.

I overlooked a thousand irritating things - but when i broke a 30c glass they charged me idr75k at checkout gave me idr25k in 1 and 2k notes and i got a big fYou smile - the cab wouldn't drive down the tiny lane nor drop me off when i arrived etc...
