The breakfast was outstanding with plenty of options, and all the common areas were spacious, spotless, and very well maintained. What stood out most was how much thought had clearly gone into guest comfort. Everything felt welcoming, organized, and designed to make guests feel relaxed and cared for. We genuinely felt well looked after during our stay. One of the few hotels where I felt every dollar was well spent. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Grindelwald."

"The hotel staff were very friendly. Our room was on the 4th floor. It was large with two rooms, a table and four chairs. Tv in each room . The room was clean and tidy. There were two doors out onto the balcony which has most beautiful Mountain View. There was plenty of choice for breakfast. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel, the location was slightly uphill and close to the shops, restaurants and only a short walk to the train station. The views were amazing and we would come back if we came to Grindelwald again."
