"1- I was given a room where dirty clothes of the office staff was kept in the room almirah.
2- Total amount was charged 900/- but as per my booking it must be 805/-
3- I have not received the GST Invoice yet.
4 - No ola or Uber available in that area and we had to go to the main road to catch the local teansport."

"Location is amazing… very peaceful and right next to the ghat, which connects to Triveni Ghat. Perfect for aarti or just sitting by the river at night.
But the room description is misleading, especially for the price you pay. They mention “lake view with balcony,” and honestly, I don’t understand what made them write lake view—there is no lake, it’s the Ganga river.
