"Very Disappointing Experience
I booked this hotel specifically for an AC room, and the booking clearly showed that the room included AC. However, after arriving, the hotel manager refused to provide the AC room/service and did not give any proper explanation.
When I asked what I was supposed to do after booking and paying for an AC room, the manager simply refused to help and even made an unprofessional remark along the lines of “itne paise mein AC kahan se milega?” This is completely...

"Location on map was wrong. It had two different locations listed on google maps, and ended up not being either of them. Internet didn't work. Sheets were heavily stained and tattered. Hot water lasted less than 1 minute. Very noisy location."
