Staff were lovely and helpful, answered any questions we had. They made the trip easy for us by booking airport transfers, they went through the amenities with us. We were so thankful for the free cold water tap they provide in the 'living room', it was so good to have after a long day of exploring, eating and drinking. From outside you would never know just how beautiful this hotel is! The furnishing and decor throughout the hotel has been carefully chosen and is both stylish and characterful. From the minute we walked in the staff were very attentive and helpful. She showed us on a map where the hotel was situated and then marked out all the points of interests on the map. A little old fashioned but still a charming place to stay. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The decor is rather dated but everything is kept in good order and clean. The staff here were amazing! Our baggage got lost by the airlinr and they were so helpful in pointing out where to purchase things. They kept in touch by messaging when we were out to keep us informed that they'd been contacted by the delivery company. Our holiday got off to such a bad start but the staff really made us feel so much better. The room decoration was lovely and the location was perfect - 2 minute walk from the Louvre and the Palais Royale. Would definitely stay here again!

Arrived at Hotel and reception staff were all so friendly and super helpful.
