"Everything was great from checkin to the restaurants. The folks at the front desk were all friendly and welcoming. We had friends join us for dinner - celebrating a birthday. They brought a bottle of champagne. The hotel arranged to have a bucket of ice along with the champagne sent to our room while we had dinner. And…they added a cheese plate too! Our new favorite hotel in the city!"

The staffs were all very nice and helpful, the location was very convenient ,the only downside is the Air Condition was very loud, woke us up couple of time during the night, other than that, everything work well. "This would be a good place to stay for solo business travelers or families who just need a place to sleep near Grand Central Station etc but don’t need anything super fancy. Clean, comfortable and spacious for nyc with lots of cubby holes and shelves but a little dated. It’s actually the Club Quarters so it’s kind of a catfish but I wasn’t mad because it was cheap. Front desk was helpful and friendly. I liked the nespresso machine in the room and the water machine."
