"It was nice and clean, and center of everything, close to anywhere in Zurich. The only problem was the bed uncomfortable wake up with back pain everyday, only one blanket, and tiny pillows. Nobody around to talk to to get more blankets or pillows, no early check in possible; we arrived at zurich at 1400 tired from 9 hour flight and we had to wait outside the stairs until 1500 on the clock to enter our rooms, no way to enter any earlier"

As noted in the hotel information, the hvac is centralized. We opened the window as it was slightly stuffy in the room and that worked well. The area is quiet and we enjoyed our one night stay. Staff was very helpful and friendly."
