This is a hotel that has not updated its finishes to match the price. Yes, I understand that you are paying for location and view... but its pretty bad folks. You are going to be paying a premium for the following: No air conditioning. No fridge or ice machines. TINY bathrooms and beds. Old and stained carpet. Your view will be amazing, but you will be seeing them from a plastic chair on a thin metal balcony - yep a plastic lawn chair.
