"The stay was a pleasant experience with access to Metro station and taxi facilities at the doorstep. The hotel is situated on a road with views to most of the big buildings when you step out of the hotel. The rooms are of a good size. The staff were courteous and provided excellent service. "I would definitely recommend staying at the Sheraton Grand Hotel. The room was spotless and very modern. The bed was supper comfortable and the towels were clean. I love the fact they had a mini bar along with other items you could purchase inside your room. The staffs are friendly and they did everything to make sure my stay was worthwhile especially since a lot was going on with Dubai thunderstorm and our plans got disrupted. There was an abundance of food options especially at the Feast restaurant. I love the fact that a Jamaican restaurant was on this property catering to us Caribbeans. Overall 10/10 experience. "

"Everything was great. Food was delicious. Will definitely go there again for food and service. House keeping was great !! Only complain was that they don’t have any trolleys at the reception and I had to wait for 30 minutes so i can move luggage to the room MYSELF !!"
