"This was my second stay at Middlethorpe Hall. The staff are amazing and the grounds are breathtaking. Suggest that irons and ironing boards be put in the room and supply guests with hair conditioner. I called down for hair conditioner and was told that the shampoo was conditioning shampoo but I could buy a small bottle for an additional charge. "

"This hotel is great and we couldn’t fault our stay until check out time..... we had already paid for the hotel prior to our stay yet we were asked to pay again for the room! Apparently the hotel has recently changed hands and there is some issue with the accounts transferring over so the hotel isn’t currently receiving the payments people are paying ( going to the old company). We politely explained that this was not our issue and we wouldn’t be paying for the room twice!! This just put a...
