Good budget hotel in a good location. Only niggle would be all the public rooms showing GB News all the time. Not renowned for their balanced and informative broadcasting to put it kindly!

Staff are lovely and very helpful. The breakfast is very good too - plenty of choice and very fresh, however, padyries are dry. I think they are over cooked. Rooms are OK. The grouting around the shower was rather tired and needed redoing. The worst thing is the noise. We were at the back and had a window onto a flat roof. When it rained, the noise was very loud and kept me awake. We also had a room with a connecting door - our neighbours may as well have been in our room with us!

The walls of the rooms are thin and noisy especially when there are children staying and playing in the room. There is only one single lift so it doesn't help when it is out of order, you have been on your feet all day, your room is on the 4th floor and you have arthritis.
