"Cute little hotel with kind staff. It was being prepared for renovations while we were here which created some commotion with the lifts and traffic in the lobby. The room was comfortable and gym was good. We cut our stay short to stay closer to the sights and the staff was incredibly gracious about the change. Thank you for having us!"

"Never stayed at this hotel before but it literally on the doorstep of Earls Court tube station. Clean, tidy and a really nice touch with Dove shower gel, shampoo and hand wash in the bathroom. "Really great stay at the Gainsborough. Spacious, clean, quiet, well-appointed single room. Helpful staff. The only negatives - the room was grey and charmless. The door of the en-suite was fitted so that you had to access the toilet by getting into the shower. Entertaining!"

The room looked absolutely fantastic, with beautiful long stemmed red roses and a quality wine. "The hotel room was fully renovated, very spacious and clean. Bathroom was big enough and had a good and relaxing shower. Hotel was under renovations and only negative point was that they did not let us know about the temporary entrance. The surrounding area was well served by restaurants and coffee shops, and very near from the next subway station. Hotel had a bar with pool table and thought that was cool they were transmitting Premier League and Formula 1 on a big screen."
