"Convenient location, close to SJSU where I needed to go. Breakfast complimentary with good options. Good property conditions (looks recently renewed). Little noisy late at nights, as it is close to a light train and not far away of airport. I could hear the bells of the light train late at night and some airplanes here and there. Still, other options were closer to airport so probably would be worst in terms of noise."

"We had the best experience here with a phenomenal staff as we left something behind in the room with a very early departure to the airport. Julie R. and Cristina C. literally came to our rescue and were the best as we were overseas when we discovered our loss! Also, room was clean and comfortable and just a easy ride to the airport! We would absolutely recommend and stay here again!"

"Hotel was very clean and the staff were very nice. Only gripe I have is that they do charge a $200-$250 deposit that I wasn’t aware of. Granted this deposit was for the hotel in case we damaged the room or used the valet parking (which we did) and is 100% refundable. Just would have been nice to know of before hand so I knew what to expect when checking in. Besides that though everything else was great!"
