They upgraded our room when we arrived due to our room not being ready and gave us complimentary drinks at their bar. The suite hotel room was very spacious and very comfortable. The one complaint that we had was the toilet in the bathroom was positioned awkwardly so that the top couldn’t go all the way up. Again very minor inconvenience.
