To sleep under a quilt/comforter I need to turn the AC very low. In the morning I need to turn on the heat because the room is very cold. If I take off the quilt there are no sheets. "

Everyone of them, every time I need to leave the hotel, or arrive to the hotel! No need for Uber when a taxi is only a 2 min wait. The staff were very professional and when I was shown my room on the first floor (travelling alone) I asked for something higher up and was given a lovely quiet room on the 5th floor with a view.
