"Awful. First, bedbugs. Second, they overbooked the hotel and were literally turning people away. (how does that even happen?) Do they not know what “reservation” means. Third, an entire traveling high school wrestling team was forced to wait in the lobby for hours before their rooms were ready because they did not have enough housekeeping staff. When the coach confronted the front desk about it the clerk became argumentative. Not what I expected from a Hilton. Please save yourself some misery and stay somewhere else. This hotel needs to go out of business immediately."

Quality Inn Middleburg Heights near Cleveland Airport

"I had one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever encountered at Quality Inn. The first room I was assigned had a strong, unpleasant odor, the pillows were torn and visibly unclean, and the door lock was broken, creating both hygiene and safety concerns. When I reported these issues, the staff offered me a different room. Unfortunately, the second room was not much better. It had a strong chlorine-like smell and showed similar cleanliness problems. At that point, I did not feel comfortable staying at the property and decided to leave. The most disappointing part was what happened afterward. The receptionist acknowledged the issues and informed me that my refund request would be submitted to the appropriate team for review. Despite the documented problems and the fact that I never stayed in the hotel, my refund request was later denied without any clear explanation. This hotel failed to provide a clean, safe, and acceptable room, and then refused to take responsibility when the issues were reported immediately. The customer service and refund policy are extremely disappointing and seem designed to avoid accountability rather than resolve legitimate guest concerns. I would strongly advise travelers to think twice before booking here. Cleanliness, room maintenance, customer service, and fairness in handling refunds were all far below expectations."

"was good for a load to mid budget hotel beds were comfortable rooms were clean and the location is great near a restaurant gas station and walking distance to the national park, the employees were great. I had a few issues and they tried to solve them mainly couldn’t watch the basketball finals because they don’t have ABC so if you are trying to book this place, make sure you know that."
