"Spent 3 nights there and not once did someone check my room or bring me towels. They didn’t even answer the phone when calling about the kids and adults running up and down the hall from 9pm to 11:30pm. The halls smelt like marijuana and at 1:30am 4/11 the fire alarm went off because room 404 thought it would be a great to smoke pot and trigger the fire alarm."

"Clean room, staff was pleasant. My only complaint was the area is too noisy. You could hear the highway traffic at all hours of the night. Didn’t get a restful night of sleep."

"Only stayed three nights. The second night, the hot tub had brown water in it and was very smelly. The third night the hot tub was clean but not hot at all. The room the pool was in was freezing cold. Couldn't stay in the pool more than 10 minutes. Staff was kind but not very attentive or concerned."
