“Great location, good hotel”

The Milford Plaza is a great New york hotel, ideally located near Times Square and the subway. It is just what you want from a New York hotel, clean, safe, secure and near all the action. Even the lifts are great! You show your key card to the security, tap in your floor and get directed to your own personal lift! The one problem we did have with teh room, a blocked bath got fixed straight away. The room itself had a double bed, TV, writing desk, bath and cupboard, plenty of space for somewhere we were just using to sleep and wash. The walls may be a bit on the thin side, either that or we had a deaf man in the room next door who woke us up with his TV one morning. I would definitely recommend this as a place to stay, and by the sounds of the continental breakfast I wouldn't bother as there are plenty of places nearby. Enjoy your stay!

“New York's best of the best”

This hotel is in a fantastic location with many sights and attractions ithin walking distance. All the hotel staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. I would definately stay there again!

“Milford Plaza - New York”

Great hotel, just starting to go through a modernisation, if you are going to NY, you can not ask for a better, more central location, the Milford Plaza offers great accomodation and great service, I would highly recommend upgrading to a Milford Club room if you can, well worth the bit extra. Friendly colleagues await you at the hotel along with a professional service. Slap bang in the middle of Broadway, Restaurants and obviously Times Square, also convenient for the bus station. Had an amazing time, and will return to NY and the Milford Plaza, thanks Expedia.

“Fantastic base to see NY”

This hotel is a fantastic base to see the whole of NY as location is ideal. The room had everything I needed which included a comfy bed and good AC. The staff were always friendly and helpful and the amenities were good. This is not the hotel for you if you like to pad around in your room... but who wants to stay inside in New York?

“Not quite what I expected”

Despite the excellent location and facilities available to me as a Milford Plaza Club Room member, i felt the room did not meet my expectations and that the extra cost was not justified. New York is very much like London and hotel rooms can be rather tighter than normal but with the these 'suite's' i would rather have saved my money and simply taken a standard or upgraded double room (when you consider all you use the room for - SLEEP - and even then, i a city like this you don't do much of that either) Don't let this put you off this hotel, as it offers a very convienent base from where to explore everything New York has to offer...and with so much to see this centrally positioned hotel is ideal. There are so many attractions, bars and restuarants within a ten minute walk of the front entrance.

“Can't Wait to go back”

I have stayed at the Milford Plaza before and found it to be excellent on both occasions. It is in a prime location, right near timesquare and broadway. The staff I have dealth with were very helpful and fufilled all my requests. At check in I asked if it was possible to get a room with a view (i was only paying the cheapest room rate) and the lady sorted out a lovely one for me on the 21st floor. The room was small but that is to be expected of new york. It was very clean and the bed was cleaned and made up every day. It had a double bed, a desk, two bedside tables, a chest of drawers and built in wardrobe which contained a safe. The air conditioning worked very well and although it was 30 degrees outside we were lovely and chilly in our room. The only thing that I didnt like was the only place to get food at the hotel was a choc full o nuts coffee stand where choice was very limited. I would definatley stay here again.

“Cosy but extremely comfortable.”

Although our room was very small it was immaculately clean and very comfortable. Check in was efficient and the staff very friendly. The location of this hotel was perfect, a minute's walk from Times Square and no great distance from any of the other sights you may wish to see. this was our third time in New York but the first time at this hotel. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to others for its cost (who wants to pay a fortune to stay in luxury, there's too much to see and do to want to spend time in a hotel room for longer that necessary!)and also for its great location.

“Great New York Hotel”

The Hotel is in a great position just off time square. Staff great and loads of places to eat breakfast or dinner. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel.
