Unprofessional
Requested for 2 full beds and 2 rooms. When I check in , they simply said they do not have 2 full beds in each room. If they do not have it, why did they advertise in first place. We just can not walk out at that night with elder people despite paying thousands of rupees. They did "favour" by giving additional temp bed as free. What an unprofessional way of handling customer service.Food is good and Hotel is clean.

A decent hotel with a reasonable price, especially including three meals in their dining room. Not a good location, however, except being near the airport. Fine if you don't intend to leave the hotel.

The food they served was totally unhygienic besides the treatment of the staff was so rude and unsafe. Therefore, I would suggest it’s better not to stay in this property as the charges are also highly expensive for this accommodation. Thanks for asking the feedback. Have a good day!

The property was OK. It looked fancy but for the price I think it lacked few important things. The AC was controlled by management. I am used to low temp while sleeping which was highly inconvenient. The washroom and bath were barely separated so while showering the area under toilet was wet and flooded. I would have expected a small bathtub. The tea/coffee was provided but no cutlery so had to use a pen to stir my coffee.

Decent stay!
The biggest issue was that the restaurant does not provide room service, so it was difficult to come down in the restaurant every time for any food. Also, the restaurant only serve a buffet. Another issue was that the reception was hesitant to issue two (2) room card keys saying that its the hotel policy to issue only one room card key. I found this bit funny!

Neelesh the chef was on hand to help . One problem is its locationl; time consuminf and tiring taxy commute thru LBS and other approach roads. Should improve efficiency of picking-up overseas guests as they maynot have an indian cell. No one was esiting with my name card...

Right from pickup from airport to checkout process, everything was so smooth and simple. I like the food service so much. Having location of this hotel close to airport helps a lot. Over all I like my stay over here and will recommend this one for sure.

A good standard hotel
A standard hotel. Meals provided were very good, though options are not always known. You can order omelettes and dosa at breakfast and roti or naan at other meals. Pick up service from airport was very convenient and easy.

Great value for money!
Great service, buffet breakfast lunch and dinner provided for guests, airport transfers as well as laundry service. The area is not the best in Mumbai and is relatively far away from all the tourist hotspots but the hotel itself is fantastic and great value for money! Thank you to the staff of Kohinoor Elite for making our stay enjoyable and comfortable. Highly recommended.
