“what a fab place”

we stayed in the city view for a week and it was smashing.the hotel staff were so helpful and when we got back on an afternoon there was always homemade cookies at the reception, just what we needed after a hard days shopping, perfect......... the free transfer to the train station was useful as it is a bit of a walk.we would definately go back and recomend it to others.

the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. the free shuttle to the subway was good we used it every day. breakfast was always plentiful and a variety. overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it.

There was a lot of different desk staff, some were very good and some not so helpful. Some struggled to understand our English accent. The hotel had many extras that were very helpful to travellers, such as a lift once a day to the underground station, a computer and printer so we could book in for our flight and the desk would book a taxi for us. The breakfast had a good range of food but as it was a big hotel, the staff were not able to keep up breakfast supplies and there was often no tables and chairs left. The lift was very slow but the room was very nice with all amenities we could have wished for. The area was safe and there was free parking.
