It was a lovely clean, comfortable hotel but no lift. It was good to have tea and coffee-making possible in the room, as well as bottled mineral water and a small fridge with mini-bar, but I would have appreciated a half-pint of fresh milk and more choice of herbal tea (eg camomile, lemon&ginger, and nettle).

Amazing
We stayed to celebrate our anniversary and chose this hotel due to its great location. It has on site parking (£15 for the night or free for blue badge holders), 6 minute walk to East Putney tube station and has a co-op and sainsburys nearby. We watched Hamilton and played darts at Flight Club, both in Victoria and a 20 minute tube journey. Room was spotless, loads of room. Only criticism is the pillows, they were very soft and I prefer a harder pillow, would have been nice to have a range of pillows available. Can’t fault this place and would definitely stay again.

Almost Perfect!
This place really took me by surprise! It’s much bigger and far better than I thought it would be! The decor is so welcoming, as are the staff, both on arrival and at check out. The room was spacious (Deluxe queen) with a very very comfortable bed! The soft dressing gowns are a really nice touch too. The room had great soundproofing, which in London, is a must. You can’t hear other guests and the road noise is barely noticeable. Perfectly located just 5 minute walk from East Putney station. I honestly can’t wait to go back! This really is a lovely hotel :) Just one thing to note, parking is £15 a day, which isn’t clear on check in or on any booking sites so keep that in mind. Although for London, £15 a day, is a bargain!

Location is superb, quiet at night with excellent access to restaurants & underground. Bonus is a car park £15 per day. Staff is exceptionally nice. Food is great too. This is my n-th stay there.

Perfect! And the most genuinely nice staff
Really Great! I don't normally take the time to write reviews but I had to give these guys their due credit. The lady on the reception desk was so genuine and lovely and nothing was too much trouble. On top of this, the hotel far surpassed what I was expecting for London at this price point. Gorgeous decor, luxury comforts, fantastic breakfast and all clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this venue.

Property is close to everything. The bar and food were great. The room was clean. We expected something a little bit bigger based on the pictures but it was still good. We’d definitely recommend.

Smallest room ever
The room was tiny. It seemed that it had originally been one room made in to one. Bathroom was so small you struggled to shut the door as you squeezed yourself in. Bed was a standard double bedding was lovely and comfortable. Tiny window in the room which felt a little claustrophobic to me and looked out onto a white wall. For a one night stay it was fine but i don't think I'd return.

Lovely small hotel
Really lovely stay. Staff very helpful & welcoming. Rooms clean Perfect for our visit to Wimbledon. I don’t think you should have to pay for parking if staying at the hotel.

Fabulous stay
Fabulous hotel! We chose this location due to proximity to Wimbledon (we attended the tournament 2 days), but it was a very short walk to the underground to get to city centre. The staff were fantastic - took our bags to the room and let us check in (very) early for a small fee which was much appreciated after a long flight. The room was spotless and they have fanatic toiletries. The breakfast was not included but we did eat a few days and the spread is very expansive and imo worth the £15. There is a grocery store close by as well, with a mini fridge in the room.
