Could not fault our weekend away . From the moment we arrived, staff were so welcoming. Beautiful, spotless hotel. Staff lovely and friendly and rooms very spacious and comfy. Breakfast was amazing and staff could not do enough for you. Even at checkout. Lovely reception staff always smiling and accomodating.

Just overnight stay, I arrived late with no problems. Complimentary breakfast with views across Thames. As flying from LCY had planned to use DLR but it was closed for engineering, but hotel staff v hepful advising other modality.

Very nice hotel, lovely views over the Thames to the O2 arena. The breakfast didn't have a massive choice but it had all the essentials and what was on offer was very nice and really well cooked. The only thing for me which let it down was the pillows were too soft, the bed itself was lovely and comfy, but left with a bit of a sore neck due to lack of pillow support. The room was lovely and clean and the bathroom was spacious with a good quality shower in it. Next time I am going to the O2, will definitely consider using this hotel again.

Really nice hotel, modern, super clean. The check in staff was very welcoming and very kind. Our room was really big with lots of space. Good size walk in shower and bath tub on the side with robes provided although no slippers. There is valet for parking for a fee

Fabulous check in and room. Good evening meal service although we had to ask for the special offer we had been offered by email and booked. Lovely welcome to breakfast but detailed service we were told about did not materialise. we helped ourselves because menu selection was never offered.

Booked in checked in and staff was helpful . Got to room it’s had a damp smell , bedsheet didn’t look fresh . We got ready and wife getting dressed as they do makeup etc and she opened the bin and it sanitary pads in it 😮 Far the worse hotel I’ve ever been to

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Definitely will return. The location was just four stops away from the ICC Auditorium. Comfortable as well as relaxing. The restaurant is also amazing, but could to much better by adding more options to the menu.

Stayed for business at the ExCel Center. Luxurious experience at this Radisson - largest hotel room I've ever had in London. Easy walk to Blackwall DLR station. 100m walk out the lobby door to one of the best cafe's for breakfast & coffee - LaMook, where you'll find excellent espresso and wonderful staff - so good that I went every morning of this trip. Front desk staff extremely welcoming and helpful - from fresh fruit-infused water to directions, and help with getting around. Front Office Manager Barbara Frigiolini knew I'd be staying at another Radisson hotel at Heathrow and she arranged for a fruit platter waiting in room on my arrival! What a nice surprise, and very much appreciated the thought. I will stay here again next time I'm in this area.

So, so.
Stay was OK, service a little haphazard and slow in the restaurant, particularly in the evening, due, I believe, to not enough staff being employed there, a problem which the hotel management should be able to resolve easily. We were also concerned that we had been advised that a cab fare to the O2 should have been in the region of £15-18 pounds, whereas the taxi ordered by staff at the hotel cost us £25 in cash; although the driver was very pleasant there was no meter, no automated payment, and cash only - it transpired that there was some sort of relationship between the hotel and the company used. On leaving we asked the hotel if they could call us a black cab, but they were “unable” to do so, suggesting Uber instead. We decided to walk to East India DLR station 5 minutes away. Finally, on returning home I found that I had mislaid my umbrella and thought that I might have left it in the hotel room. I emailed the hotel reception to ask if they had found it ….no response.

The stay was lovely but do NOT get them to order a taxi for you. The “taxi” had no clue where he was going, dropped me off a ten minute walk from my destination. He charged me three times what he should have (£45 for a 3.5 mile journey). Outrageous. Book your own taxi.
