We had a nice stay at Novotel Tower Bridge. However, we would like to comment. We could not understand why there was no phone or a way to directly contact reception or room service.? We put down £100 at the front desk in case we wanted service to our room. We ordered a few simple things and it took nearly an hour to get to us. My husband had to go and search for a way to contact the room service. He eventually found a whats app. Not having direct contact with reception is a major step backwards. Overall good, but this particular problem should be addressed.

This hotel is in a great location to explore the Tower Bridge and the Tower of London within steps. It is right at the Tower Hill tube station so transportation to other parts of the city is also quite easy. There is a great on site restaurant and bar and easy walking distance to other many fine restaurants including the amazing Indian cuisine of Brick Lane. I will definitely stay here again!

Service charge
We had a really lovely few days but we thought the staff should have warned you if you ordered a drink at the bar and they asked you to sit down!!! They should advise that a service charge will be added to our bill and were not told until another couple questioned this! Also, sunday morning, we did not get our room cleaned, and drinks were not replenished. We did put our sign out when we went out in the morning..

Amazing reception staff!
Had booked a standard room which was perfectly adequate but there were a couple of issues ( fridge light flashing constantly/ large rip in duvet cover) . However, when these issues were pointed out they were dealt with swiftly and we were compensated for our inconvenience (chocolates/ room upgrade) . The reception staff here are excellent.

Lovely property and a good sized room for London. Safe feeling and quiet area with exceptional access to Tower of London, Tower Bridge and Tower Hill tube stop. Friendly, helpful staff and tasty breakfast buffet. Would definitely recommend for any tourist or business traveler.

The hotel was fantastic, the staff were amazing and they couldn’t have been more helpful. Our hotel room was spotless and so comfortable we looked forward to staying there. When we checked out we didn’t want to carry our luggage and our train was booked for early evening, but the hotel staff offered us storage for our luggage until we were ready to go to the station, so we could go out and look around the area before heading home. My husband is diabetic and they even offered him a room for him to carry out his insulin medication injection which was brilliant, we can’t thank them enough for their help and their support during our stay.

I really just love Novotel. This property was very clean, really comfortable beds, great service, superior breakfast. It is a great location for sightseeing and right next to the tube. I would definitely stay there again.
