“Londons Best Hotel”

We only stayed 1 night in this hotel but it was absolutely fantastic! We were treated like royalty from the instant we arrived. This is definatly a 5 star hotel with a diffence and was worth every penny!

We had a great time at the Hilton Park Lane,really friendly courteous check in,room service excellent,well organised breakfast buffet,really nice choice of fresh breads,pastries and cooked breakfast.a real home from home for a large hotel chain.would definately stay here again.really handy for the west end,tube and easy to walk to many landmarks. nothing too much trouble.great hotel.

“The Best of the Rest!”

Excellent service, excellent staff, excellent room with excellent view! The room was very spacious and clean with and excellent city view. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is excellent with public transport links nearby along with constant taxis available at your service (available London taxis can be hard to flag down in busier periods!) The breakfast was very good and very welcome to a very hungry stomach! Overall, a wonderful stay!

“Fantastic 5* Hotel”

This is one of the best hotel you could possibly stay in. It is in the heart of Mayfair, Central London. It is very close to Hyde Park Corner Station and other small shops. The hotel is grand, great welcoming by friendly staff and good view from the hotel room

A fantasic hotel - exactly what you would expect from a 5* establishment. The staff were extremely efficient, friendly and helpful and the concierge/housekeeping facilities were of 5* standard too. By virtue of staying on Park Lane, so close to Knightsbridge, Hyde Park Corner, the Palace (c. ten minutes) makes the location of the hotel simply a delight; with virtually all of London's main tourist attractions easily accessible on foot. As a seasoned traveller and regular 'user' of Hilton hotels globally, this one certainly did not dissapoint and I would gladly recommend it to anybody for any type or indeed length of stay.

Despite the huge number of people attending an awards ceromony being held in the hotel, the service was very good.

An excellent opulent hotel, very well situated and a pleasure to stay in. We had excellent views over hyde park and enjoyed the restaurant and bars within the hotel trader vics and Galvins is worth a drink. (remember the service charges Ouch ha ha). Rooms well apointed and very clean, staff helpful and ready to cater for your needs. If your looking to do it in style and be part of the iconic london experience then you should go there.

“A first time experience”

My stay at the London Hilton on Park Lane was an excellent one. Even if it was one night only! Upon arrival you are greeted with a beautifully kept lobby. This gives you the impression that you are entering a true 5 star hotel. The staff at the check-in desk are friendly and helpful. I had the key card to my room in no time. The room I booked was the King Guestroom. And for one person it provided more than ample space. It was clean and tidy when I arrived with no problems to be found. My one night stay was very comfortable. Check-out next day was very quick - provided you have paid for your stay in advanced and didn't use any of the in-room services. I highly recommend the Hilton on Park Lane.
