Great location
Tired hotel, if you want a fridge you need to ask, if your room does not have one they don’t move them room to room.
Overall the hotel needs an update.

Hotel staff at reception incredibly rude. Card machine was not working but the lady insisted it was my card being rejected. 25 minutes later and no apology at 10.40pm

The plumbing was extremely loud...functional but loud
Liked the service, and liked the location. The only complaint i have is the toilet doesnt flush if you go right after someone else. But that wasnt a big deal. Overall great experience, would happily stay there again.
Staff were lovely but when we booked, the hotel was listed as 'four star', it is not but if you're after something with transport options near by and parks on your doorstep, this is fine. It is clean just tired.
Love this hotel - clean, nice and very convenient.

We have stayed twice in a one week. In the first stay, the room was great, and the bed were appropriate and comfortable. In the second stay we had to carry our luggage up and down two flights of stairs, the room was dark and small and the bed was not a queen size and hard. So first stay would go again, second stay would avoid.
The property was fine but the room was below standard for me.
It’s a converted office or function room. I don’t feel comfortable being in that room.
Elevator was very slow and very busy that its hard to use.

Bed Bugs
Unfortunately we had issues with bed bugs. The hotel confirmed that they were aware of bed bugs but do not actually do anything to rectify this. We were given a new room and advised to keep our suitcases in the bath and keep the heating up high to keep the bed bugs at bay. This did not work offering us new rooms as clearly the bed bugs are in every room as we spent the night scratching still and woke up with bite marks...this was both rooms. After asking for 13 hours they finally gave us some spray to kill bed bugs for our luggage to be able to take our things home. The hotel also gave our key to our room to a random stranger who came into our room through the night, very scary being woken up with a random man looking over you in your bedroom.

The property was dated and need of an uplift.There was maintenance being carried out and no signs advising or apologies for inconvenience. The staff at the front desk were not the friendliest and could do with schooling in customer service. The breakfast hower was the highlight, the breakfast concierge was lovely and the quality of breakfast and variety was top shelf.
The hotel is close to Hyde park and the bus stop and underground are a short walk away. The staff at the hotel are friendly and helpful. The hotel is spotlessly clean and bright . The only downside I found was we were given a very small room . I suppose if I’d asked they may have moved us but because we were out most of the time I never bothered . We have stayed at the hotel a few times and would stay again .
The location is very good and close to central line stations, however Lancaster Gate seems to regularly shut at the weekend. Staff were very friendly and helpfull. Room fittings were worn and broken. Bed comfortable. Heating worked well but noisy.
I was really glad my group chose these hotel. It was an excellent place with wonderful and helpful staff. I have to mentón Athina at the restaurant and the people in the front desk.
Everything is amazing about this hotel , location , staff , room , cleaning ..the only thing I can recommend is they need to change the toilet equipments it’s really old .
Overall an excellent hotel for a stay in London. The staff were polite, efficient and knowledgeable about the area.
The outside is looking a little tired hence the review of good not excellent on property condition.

Noisy....and shower didn't work.
Hard to beat the hotel for location but getting a bit tired in some areas which may have explained the maintenance and hammers drilling at 0920 in the morning. Also the shower did not work, just cold water. We mentioned it on the first day of our two day stay and phoned reception on the second only to be told it wasn't a quick fix.
