"The service from the staff was amazing. This was probably our best hotel stay every - especially compared to other JW Marriot chains we have visited. We thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast service and selection. Each staff member made us feel welcomed, always greeted us with a smile and provided any support needed at any point. The staff went above and beyond when they heard it was our anniversary and ensured that our stay was the very best. We cannot thank you all enough. A special mention to: Anna Petra... (director) who ensured our service at the spa was second to none. Suja and Arif - thank you for making our room feel like a sanctuary. Habeeb and Oliver - thank you for the romantic setup for our anniversary. Shika and KK - thank you for the best massage treatment ever! Amina, ( male staff member at Pool Deck reception) and Ouamaima - thank you for being so friendly and warm when we needed your support. We're also grateful to the gentleman, possibly named Moche, at the shisha bar, whose attentiveness made our time at the Pool Deck truly enjoyable, especially when hosting guests. We're already looking forward to our next visit, inshaAllah. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable."

"The hotel is beautiful, clean and spacious. The bedroom was very spacious, we were given an upgrade to sea view on check in. All staff were very welcoming and attentive and went out of their way to greet us. The pool staff went out of their way every morning to greet USA’s soon as we arrived at the au beds. We stayed half board, breakfast and evening meal. There was an ample choice for both and they cater for all tastes. Soup and puddings were always very good. The only negative comment that I would make was that the evening meal was mainly lukewarm rather than hot. If there was a chef on duty serving pasta, pizza etc we tended to eat that as it was prepared on demand and was therefore hot. We are maybe being picky as we like our food hot and know it can be hard to keep buffet food warm, especially when other guests leave the lids covering the food up rather than closing them. On the whole a lovely relaxing holiday in a very peaceful and quiet hotel."

"Marriott Marquis was a great stay!:) The room was very comfortable & pleasant. I had a nice view! Customer service, especially Joy was very nice. From the door to the front desk was very good. The breakfast buffet had a lot of selections & the room was clean & bright. The area was walkable & connects to the mall. The Lobby, Aqua Lounge, Tulum & pool was very relaxing. There’s a lot of comfortable sofas & tables to relax & a flat screen tv. It felt safe to walk & travel around. I can’t say enough about Marriott & give it 10 💫"
