Great stay

Very friendly staff & they kindly allowed me to check in early & have a late checkout. Would definitely recommend this hotel. The restaurant also served a nice breakfast. The beach is less than a 5 minute walk.

Nice located hotel, nearby the beach and various restaurants and has a gym with seaview. The rooms are not too big and not very soundproof, that is a minus. The breakfast buffet is extensive. It is sad and a shame to see guests overloading their plates and eating only a part. Maybe the hotel can charge a fee for not eating all the food, against unnecessary waste.

The shower plumbing is completely broken. Goes from cold to extremely hot by itself and randomly! Almost burnt my skin!!! The pipe for the shower as well is broken with water flying out the joints!

We loved our stay at the Delta Hotel it was in a great area and the staff were all kind and attentive particularly Veronica who checked us in and also remembered our names on the last day. The member of staff at Lewistons was wonderful too (unfortunately I do not remember her name.) The only down side was the pool on the 17th Floor which was covered over but other than that the hotel was amazing.

I like the house keeping service they surprised me with a bath towel made dog when I walked into the room. That was a very pleasant experience being a solo traveller all these years. One thing I would suggest for improvement is that the language of the front desk and ground floor cafeteria staff. They were not able to understand guests request and had to explain twice. With Delta hotel being 5 star I think staff working at front desk and customer facing role shall be much more fluent in speaking English. Last day I went to front desk to ask if there was a adapter I could borrow as the socket on ground floor does not suit the adapter I used in my room, but instead of helping to resolve my problem he simply said no we dont have adapter. It was the girl from Cafeteria found a socket on the floor that suits my adapter and problem resolved. The front desk was not being helpful enough to resolve the issue raised when he could have helped to find a solution.
