A great welcome on arrival and upgraded to a 2 bedroom apartment for our 2 week stay. The hotel was immaculate. Everything we needed was in our apartment which was serviced each day. THE BEST HOTEL I HAVE EVER STAYED IN. I don’t normally write reviews but the hotel was amazing from the first minute. Ahmed the manager, Salim and Crystal at the front desk were very welcoming and upgraded us to an executive room with decorations and a cake on arrival.
