Very nice stay at the Al Najada. I felt like I was on a set of an Arabian Knights movie. One problem at end of stay though when I wanted a taxi to the airport a member of staff had called a non-metered private vehicle. I didn't realise till into the journey that it wasn't a proper taxi as I assumed being a 5 star hotel that all the staff were honest. Was charged 15 riyal more than taxis' do. Clean with excellent staff and service. Nice rooms. Big breakfast area , with good rooftop pool. Very well located for airport access and anywhere in Doha, particularly the museums and Souk Waqif.

Staff were extremely hospitable, polite and helpful. I arrived at 5am and was greeted with courtesy and a room upgrade. The room itself was spacious, spotless and felt like home. Housekeeping staff especially were highly attentive and prompt. This hotel exceeded my expectations both in terms of service and location. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

I liked my stay at Shaza Doha, Every staff was commentating especially Mr Muhammad and Mr Yasine they made us feel welcomed for our stay.

Right from the initial check in to checking out we could not have asked for friendlier staff. We had a room upgrade on arrival and waiting in our room was a tray with strawberries, dates and chocolates along with a chocolate sauce. All the staff were extremely friendly and any requests were met with a willingness to help. Patrick was really helpful as he helped us with our food orders and he was very welcoming and caring. One of the best staff members who was easy to communicate with and very hardworking. I am pleased to say that this hotel is one of the best I’ve been to so far and I recommend it to everyone. Breakfast staff were amazing and were very welcoming and asked if we needed anything and assured if everything was good.

Beautiful hotel, clean, modern and well designed Mary Ann on reception assisted us with a speedy check in and was extremely friendly & helpful. She enabled us to have an early check in & stored our luggage for us after checkout.
