Garbage experience
service was egregiously poor.
Room service: Would have to call 3-4 times just to get a bottle of water which is important because…as you know we’re in the desert!
Cleanliness: the room was clean when I entered but that’s it. I requested cleaning on 1 of the 3 days and they just….didn’t do it? And then I got a note at 5pm saying “we tried but no one was in the room to let us in”. Like what? You are supposed to clean when the guests are out…ie during the day.
In the spa: they’re supposed to open at 10…I showed up at 1030 and the manager wasn’t there. I had to come back later and she had no service listing or menu of services. She just asked “do you want Thai or Philipino” which left everyone puzzled. Believe she was referring to the masseuses.
In the Resturaunt: I’d have to ask multiple times for things. They would bring out eggs but no toast and no drinks. By the time I got my toast (10m) later my eggs/food was cold.
Limited amenities: they don’t even have a tv in their Resturaunt / lounges. So you couldn’t watch a World Cup game. You had to go back to your room to do this. The lobby itself has zero ambience.
Just horrible experience all around and in no way shape or form is this a premium hotel
Would like to call out that the service workers were working extremely hard and were very polite…it is they overall management system that is failing this hotel.
Take your money and stay literally anywhere else for half the price and double the service.
