"The facility was very nice and welcoming to my family and our pet. Plenty of grass area for a small dog. Loved the ambiance! If there was one or two things I would change it would be more elevator banks and in the individual rooms, in the restrooms vents. After a warm shower it gets very humid but otherwise loved the visit. We will be back again!"

"Stayed here on a trip to universal. Room looked exactly like the pictures in the listing. Bed and sheets were perfectly clean, TV worked great. Bathroom and shower were updated and spotless. Service was prompt and staff was knowledgeable. One of the best if not the best hotels I’ve stayed at. Highly recommend!"
