"The staff was very helpful. Convenient location. Good breakfast with lots of option. However our room was very poorly clean. There were splotches on the walls in the bathroom and food left on the floors. It just seemed like someone did a quick dusting and called it good."

"We were there a week. Room only cleaned once which only consisted of garbage removal and clean towels. No clean glasses or refreshing of the tea bags. In fact my old tea bag was left in the glass for me. Front desk staff very helpful and polite. Accommodation was comfortable but could use a little more lighting. Location is good-close to Amstel station!"

"I have stayed here 3 times now and although the facility is wonderful, clean, and the perfect location for events; every time there have been issues with the thermostat not working and the shower doesn’t function properly. I have never been able to change the AC in the room and the shower never lets me change the temperature as well as it always went between hot and cold on its own and if I tried to raise it by one degree it would shut off on its own. Every time this has happened so I’m not sure of the cause. Again still a wonderful staff and location is great, just a few constant disappointments in the room."
