"Everything was great. Breakfast was also great. The complaint i have was i bought an upgraded room with a ocean view. When i got there i did not get the ocean view. When i spoke to the front desk they changed my room to an ocean view but a smaller room and still paid for the upgraded room. "

"This is an iconic and gorgeous property, the staff are incredible and it is right on the beach which is rare. That said- spring for an ocean view room. We didn’t see any reviews saying otherwise and we regret it. It was so. Noisy. Do not get a city view room for this reason if you wish to sleep. That and unfortunately the balcony’s were all under construction- this was super disappointing and could’ve been disclosed better prior to our stay. "

"This is an amazing property with a fancy Japanese Toto toilet and other modern amenities like a control panel for lights and blinds. The only downside is the cheaper rooms overlook a parking lot. Definitely book an ocean view room if you care about the view or ask to be moved to a higher floor. Excellent customer service with an infinity pool that overlooks a peak-a-boo ocean view. Walking distance to all the shops and restaurants and a stone's throw from the beach. Cool gym with modern...
