However, the bar only served Bud draft and a Thai draft beer. I was at the VERY LEAST expecting to be served with a local Scottish beer — huge bummer! The Mercure Hotel is located in the middle town, a one minute walk to Victoria Market— huge plus!"

I appreciated the milk for coffee in the fridge. The coffeeshop across the street is fantastic as well, and the river is right there.
