Ceiling fan was a nice touch and we were able to keep room as cool as we like. Good location but you may have to walk to find other restaurants. To the rear of the hotel is the Gothic Quarter and outside the front door is the marina and short walk to the beach. "This was my 3rd stay at Hotel Colon and it was another wonderful stay. I love the helpful staff and the great central location in Barri Gothic. We arrived early and our room was ready, which I really appreciated. Our room was located on the 3rd floor that was totally renovated one month ago. Comfortable design room with super comfy bed. Breakfast is great with lots of choices. Roof top terrace has been totally renovated as well and just reopened without the pool. "
