"The light on the right hand side of the bed we couldn't shut off we had to unplug it. The air conditioner fan came on then and didn't shut off for a long while and it was very noisy. It was so loud I asked my husband if there was a truck idling outside."

"Property is beautiful!! We were a party of 16. When we called for shuttle they told us 15-20 min took over 1hour. Couldn’t take us all which was fine left behind 6 people and they also waited over 1 hour to be picked up after we were told 15 min. They said traffic on the highway except there was none. This big hotel should invest in getting more shuttles on the road in busy times of the day/week "

"Very clean, spacious room. Excellent complimentary breakfast as well. Shuttle service to the airport was on time. We asked the shuttle driver to leave a few minutes before our requested time and they fulfilled the request. Highly recommend this hotel and their staff."

"The valet parking situation wasn’t ideal when arriving. I almost got hit three times because cars were left to block new cars coming in. They should have been moved forward. (I got in at 5ish. Well past high check in times). Otherwise everything else about the trip was great. And my big German Shepard enjoyed greeting everyone. Will definitely come again when attending a Magic game "
