"The “King Parlour” room on the 3rd floor and the communal lounge on the 2nd floor were exceptionally clean and spacious. The walls are surprisingly thin: we heard the phone conversations and blaring TV (all night!) from the adjacent room. Perhaps a strategically placed armoire could muffle the sound? Being located in the city center comes with the Pros of a walkable location and the Cons of drug users nearby. Overall a positive stay and we’d consider staying here again. "

"This property is right on the walking trail into downtown making it a great location to walk to restaurants, events and shopping."

"Stay was fine, room was fairly comfortable overall. Decent amount of space and a good desk/couch if needed. Hallway noise was pretty high. At night there were drunk people hanging out yelling down the hall, in the morning kids screaming running up and down it. Lot of noise through the door. Everything else was great though. Breakfast buffet is a step above normal free breakfast. Would stay again if I was in the area."

"A clean, comfortable apartment situated in an older neighborhood. House keeping amenities in good condition. A busy street adds to daytime noise. Off street parking was a plus. "

"The staff was very kind and helpful. The parking lot is on the smaller side so if you have a large vehicle it might be difficult to park. The address they have you checking in at in the app is not correct. The hotel has spoken with Expedia about it but Expedia has not changed it yet. Quiet little spot that is hidden but close to everything."

"Staff was amazing and great, but hvac system was broke so it was extremely cold in lobby, fir the staff and guests at breakfast, marriott if give this property an upgrade so you dont lose your great staff to a hotel thats warmer. "
