Hilton Brussels Grand Place
The front desk staff was very rude and unfriendly. The restaurant staff was helpful, but not overly friendly. The bar staff was friendly, but not very attentive. The worst experience of this hotel was how dark the rooms were! No overhead lights! there were bedside lamps that weren't bright enough ...

Aparthotel Adagio Access Brussels Delta
It's bit small for family of 4 especially kitchen is very small. It is good if you are not cooking. We noticed small broken glass pieces in the kitchen utensils.

The hotel is is clean and modern and the staff are very helpful and polite. A great addition is the small kitchen area in the room with a fridge, microwave, hob and even a dishwasher. You are not reliant on going out for dinner if you have had a long day out walking and don't fancy going out to eat. ...

Appart'City Confort Bruxelles Centre Gare du Midi
Really good breakfast. Clean room. Friendly staff. It is convenient to the Brussels Midi rail station, but the area around the station and the hotel are very dirty - I didn't feel unsafe (didn't go out after dark) - but lots of trash on the streets. Brussels sites are not close - 30 minutes walk ...
