"They took our money as a “down payment” for damages on the room. $100 a night. The water park smelled like pee in a few places and they wouldn’t accommodate us with anything since they took our money out of our bank account they double charged me for parking and a birthday package I bought."

"I checked in there were many children running around the lobby seemingly unsupervised not the stress fall. The Internet service was spotty. I heard a lot of door banging all night. The room was clean and the staff was very helpful. The breakfast is good except for the coffee, which was horrible."
