Heart of England Waterpark Holidays

The view from the suite was amazing! The rooms, bed and bathroom were very small. It had a single basin and and old fashioned bath with a shower which leaked water everywhere. the breakfast was ok, but the coffee undrinkable.

Excellent location close to train station. Great breakfast, though did not like the fact we had to cross busy intersection to get to eat. Pillows were lacking and not comfortable. Shower has frosted glass panel visible in room. When light is on in bath, it also lights up room. No beverages available for purchase on site. Room was ready for early check in which was a bonus.

Best breakfast buffet ever

This location is very nice. It’s clean, smells good, and is super close to the train. My husband and I brought our daughters age 17 and 13. We had a fully booked trip of seeing all the things… and this location was safe, clean, and nicely by public transportation. We didn’t spend a ton of time at the hotel specifically but the rooms were adorable and clean. A great size I imagine, given the price. We were really happy and I’d recommend this location.

A/C was great in the 94 degree heat! Being next to Victoria Station was a big advantage and the staff were very gracious with every encounter.

The hotel was conveniently located near Buckingham Palace and the entire stay was a wonderful experience. The staff was friendly, efficient, and extra attentive to any needs you might have. I highly recommend having afternoon tea here. It was one of the highlights of our trip.
