Quintana Roo Waterpark Holidays

We had a great time at this resort. The staff was wonderful and attentive. Our room is clean. The villas are quiet and safe. Huge swimming pool. We enjoyed our access to the other Bahia Principe resort. Thank to Jeremia at the Kukulcan restaurant for the great service and table decor. Thank you to Alejandro for booking our a la cart .

Timeshare heavy and if you aren’t an owner, they will do anything to get you to attend a presentation. Resort’s staff was extremely helpful, friendly and willing to go above and beyond. They even came to decorate our room for our daughter’s birthday, they made her a beautiful balloon arch, brought her a yummy slice of cake and for us a bottle of champagne. Buffet was not bad, but not great. The other two on site restaurants were good. The pools were clean and the perfect temperature. The grounds were tropical, clean and well maintained. The beach unfortunately does not look like the pictures due to erosion, but still beautiful and well maintained. Overall it was a wonderful stay.

The staff were amazing! Mario, Armando, Julio... Those are my shout outs! You are welcomed, anything you need they are willing to assist and always professional and friendly. I visited friends at high end resorts and you can not beat the kindness of the staff at this resort!

It was a wonderful resort, though it did seem to appeal more to an older crowd, so likely not the best place for those looking for a party and super upbeat vibes. The staff was very professional, friendly and helpful. The views were amazing and they did have a few fun activities. Definitely recommend doing the Mayan tours, and water activities snorkeling was an awesome time. Food options were okay but nothing that was wowing.
