"The pools were great, but the rooms were brutal. We tried to get our air conditioning fixed multiples times and it never worked. There was also black stuff coming out of our sink and a toilet leaking. I don’t really recommend."

"I arrived at mid night, paid for posh club, but I don’t really think it was worth it When I arrived and tried to sleep, I checked the sheets they were dirty, I immediately contacted room service, it was pretty late so I asked if they could come first thing in the morning, I had to wait until 10 am ..."
