Caribbean Romantic Holidays

Beautiful property, fantastic staff and great restaurant choices. However they had a serious roach problem. They did exterminate while we were there, but it didn’t seem to help. I did report it to the night staff & guest service.

We have been to other resorts in Punta Cana and have had such different experiences when it came to service. No body seemed to care about us here and the service was not friendly.

Very nice , clean, staff was great and tended to our needs. Pool was clean, room was clean. The only problem I had was the bed was not comfortable at all, very hard made our backs hurt daily they should add memory foam or something

Nuestra experiencia en el hotel fue positiva. El ambiente es muy familiar y tranquilo, perfecto para relajarse. La gastronomía , con opciones variadas y de buena calidad. Si bien encontramos algunos detalles que podrían mejorarse en el servicio/mantenimiento, en general es un lugar recomendable para quienes buscan descanso y buena comida en un entorno agradable.

Staff was great. Big property lots of walking
