Dominican Republic Romantic Holidays

I loved the pool for the kids near the entrance. It made it easy to have drinks but still watch them. The staff was very pleasant. The walk to the main lobby can be far, they do provide transportation, but there can be a long wait. When checking out please make sure to arrange 24 hours before leaving if someone is picking you up, learned that the hard way. The main buffet was nice, but there were some areas that had a funny wet smell which was not inviting. They need to check on that. Don't fall for shopping traps, it is NOT cheaper where they take you, you are better off trying to negotiate with the vendors on the resort.

Property was really nice entertainment team was off the charts. Amazing job!

The staff at the hotel were all wonderful and hard working. Everyone went out of their way to help us. Special shoutouts go to our incredible butler, Edward who was so kind, thoughtful, and accommodating, (he always responded immediately and provided many helpful suggestions) to pool bartender, Anyelo, who made fabulous drinks, and to the pool/beach server Dolores, for her impeccable service and smile.

What makes a Hotel Property an amazing place! Are the people that provide all the services for the guest, so welcoming, beautiful people, ready to serve and that for me is standard.
