The flushing sound of the toilet is a bit loud.

Staff was great, rooms were very clean. Breakfast was excellent

We arrive to the hotel a bit early so they were able to store our luggage. They had a changing room available near the pool so we could get out of our airplane clothes and relax by the pool till the room was ready. The room was modern with a very comfortable king size bed with the view of the marina Bay Sands from the balcony. The closet was very small, but would be fine if it’s just a one or two nights stay. The breakfast buffet had a lot of variety and Service was fast and friendly. The executive club that came along with our room was not that special. We didn’t even use it. It was pretty and clean, but did not offer many amenities. The lobby and the glass elevators were very beautiful. We would come back again.

The property was beautiful, with a very dramatic lobby. The staff was courteous, and quite helpful with any questions that I may have. My Marina Bay view room was incredible, well worth the extra cost. I loved the easy access to the mall, underneath the hotel. One reason that I booked this hotel, was that it reminded me of the grand feel, of the Hyatt Regency in San Francisco, which I have always loved.

What stood out most was the incredible design of the hotel—the greenery, architecture, and overall atmosphere made it feel like an urban oasis. The rooms were spotless and beautifully maintained, offering a perfect blend of comfort and luxury. The staff were outstanding, consistently warm, professional, and quick to assist with anything I needed. The amenities were equally impressive, especially the pool and wellness facilities, which added so much to the overall experience. Everything about this hotel exceeded my expectations. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would recommend it wholeheartedly

The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. I managed to get to the famous chicken rice restaurant easily with their help.
