Had a 3 night stay here. The location of the hotel is really central and close to a couple of the mrt stations. It is also only a 5 minute walk to Raffles, for the compulsory Singapore Sling!! The room itself was spacious, clean, and had all of the essentials, such as a mini fridge. The staff were super helpful. We would not hesitate to stay here again if we ever get back to beautiful Singapore.

This hotel is a reasonably affordable place to stay with all the necessary amenities. We particularly love the buffet that offers an array of delicious dishes and fresh vegetables and fruits. We also appreciate the fabulous location that take us only minutes to our destinations.

Almost perfect for our business trip, other than the fridge which operates at room temperature at best and the sewer smell that comes from the pipes in the washroom. Other than that, it meets our expectations and then some. Friendly staff that are fairly responsive (except with the fridge issue) Great pool if you are swimmer and like to do laps. Decent restaurants and proximity to clark/ boat quay adds to the value. Breakfast and drinks are above average cost - many other options around. Rates are decent value

Excellent Customer service for sure, but some furniture might need double checking

Had a really great week at the Kempinski it is really well located directly next to the capitol theatre and city hall MRT. Their easy access to one of Singapore's massive connected walkways, from the Kempinski you can get to at least 4 malls and two MRT stations without ever needing to go outside. The proximity of the theater also means there are so many great dining options it would take months to get bored. But location is only half the story, the hotel itself is great, we booked an executive suite which came with executive lounge access and it was definitely worth the upgrade, just to have a little piece of calm in what can be a hectic city was worth it all by itself, even if we weren’t able to use it as much as we wanted as we were always on the go. The staff were also super friendly and helpful and seemed to really care, not just that your stay was good, but that you enjoyed the city (in fairness this was an overriding impression I got across Singapore, everywhere you went people were so proud of the city and wanted to show you the best.) So it may not be exclusive to the hotel, but every member of staff I met exemplified this behaviour and made our stay amazing. 100% will be staying here again for all future trips to the Lion City.
