Caribbean Islands Romantic Holidays

The room was in fairly good condition, but smelled quite musty and the AC didn’t seem to cool it down adequately. Staff was friendly and helpful even when we couldn’t speak their language - always were able to make it work. The busy areas seemed difficult for staff to upkeep (bathrooms, buffet areas during peak times) and the food wasn’t great (although the Kyoto restaurant was the exception to this), however we still had an enjoyable trip.

The staff was PHENOMENAL! We had some experiences that would have been rated lower if the staff hadn't been so friendly and outstanding. For example, the ceiling in our room leaked after a rainfall, so much so that the ceiling fell down. The staff however was very responsive and quick to patch it up.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I loved the room. You can spend all week on the resort and not run out of things to do. The food and drinks were great too!

This is a top-notch resort from the amenities to the rooms but especially the staff were absolutely fantastic and made you feel like family

The Room and the Resort were beautiful, however, all the workers there were not very welcoming or ignored us all together. The food at the buffet was always cold, not very tasty at all. The meats were dry not much flavor. I guess my amazing trip to Cancun Mexico will remain my favorite.
