Staff was nice but said they did have any other rooms. This is after I wrote to the hotel booking manager and spoke with them, ( they would do what they could but would not guarantee it, the room was over 440 USD. Insulting my guess it was 1 star maybe! Don’t trust until you they have 100% renovations done., next booking was a renovated room. Was wonderful"

"Very sweet little hotel very close to Palermo Soho restaurants, bars and shopping and very quiet. Wonderful breakfast and spacious room (deluxe room) which was big enough to have 2 big suitcases open on the floor (important if you are only staying a few nights and don ’t want to unpack everything). They even have a tiny gym. All staff is very helpful. The only thing which could be better would be some amenities in the bathroom like body lotion, shower caps etc"

It’s been years the card reader in the elevator is not working properly, while the valet staff is great, the desk staff are always rude very pompous.
