We love staying at the Gracery! The check-in and check-out process was seamless and very convenient.
Just a couple of small things we noticed during our stay: the charging port in our room didn't work, some amenities (like q-tips) weren't replaced, and it would be helpful to have hooks behind the bathroom door for towels.
Overall, still a great stay—we just wanted to share these small suggestions for improvement.
