The hotel was in a great location with everything walking distance including Hagia Sophia Blue Mosque and restaurants and cafe. The breakfast was delicious!

Room 1804 ​I had a mixed experience during my recent stay at the CVK Park Bosphorus Hotel Istanbul. There were several highlights, but one persistent issue significantly impacted the stay. ​The Highlights ​Outstanding Service: The staff were truly wonderful. From the moment we arrived, everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. ​Prime Location: You really cannot beat the location. It is central, convenient, and makes exploring Istanbul very easy. ​The Downside ​Unfortunately, we encountered a frustrating issue with the drainage in our bathtub. After every shower, the water simply would not drain, leaving us standing in pooled water. ​While we brought this to the staff's attention early on, the problem was never resolved. Despite the issue being reported, it continued throughout the entirety of our stay. For a hotel of this caliber, I expected a much quicker resolution to a basic maintenance matter.

Great location, great views from my room, staff friendly and helpful, good standards of service and cleanliness, good breakfast, reception very helpful with tours and bookings.

Es un hotel realmente donde la satisfacción del cliente importa en todas las áreas del hotel tratan de darte el mejor servicio posible. Estuvimos en el Golden Lounge y todo estaba a la altura.
